Friendzy is a job referral and bounty platform that connects individuals who refer contacts to job opportunities with employers offering bounties for successful hires. The Platform involves three primary groups of users:

Employers: Businesses that use the Platform to post job opportunities, manage referral campaigns, and administer bounty payouts.Referrers: Individuals who use the Platform to submit referrals, track bounty earnings, and receive job opportunity communications.

Candidates: Individuals who are referred through the Platform for job opportunities and who may receive communications through the Platform.

In many cases, Friendzy processes Candidate information on behalf of the Employer that collected the information. Employers are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate rights and permissions to provide Candidate information to the Platform and to communicate with Candidates, including obtaining any required consents under applicable messaging, marketing, and privacy laws.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Personal information may be collected by this Platform in many ways. This information includes:

Personal Information: Identifiable information such as your name, address, email, phone number, age, gender, job title, and other personal data.

Server Data: Information related to the IP address you used to access our app, including your browser, operating system, access time, and app activity.

Financial Data: Payment-related details associated with bounty payouts and platform fees. Note that Friendzy does not store financial information for transactions; instead, it is securely sent to our third-party payment processor. You can review their privacy policy directly on their website.
